BASEBALL

Patriots baseball welcomes boys and girls, rising 1st through 8th grade.   Instruction will cover the fundamentals of throwing, fielding, hitting, and base running. Pitching and catching instructional sessions are included. Campers will be grouped according to age and ability. The daily schedule will include stretching, warm-up activities, drills, game situation practice, and daily scrimmages. Each player should bring a glove and bat and wear appropriate clothing including a hat, cleats, and a pair of tennis shoes in case of rain. On Thursday, campers should bring an extra change of clothes and a towel for sliding drills. Varsity and JV players will assist with instruction. Each camper will need to bring a water bottle and snack (both labeled with his/her name) each day.
