LACROSSE

Patriots lacrosse welcomes any players, girls or boys 1st  through 8th grade, to this camp which will focus on individual, group, and team fundamentals. Each session will improve the camper’s understanding of lacrosse regardless of experience level. A typical camp day will include stretching and warm-up activities, drill work, competitions, video, game situation practice, and scrimmages. Players will be grouped by age, gender, and ability. Current and former AFHS lacrosse players will join the coaches in working with campers. Each camper should bring a water bottle, snack, stick, pads, helmet, mouthguard, cleats, and sneakers. For those campers who do not have lacrosse equipment, a limited supply is available for camp use. Please email Coach Hagermoser to reserve the equipment.  afhspatriotslax@gmail.com
